Title: Assistant Professor

Dr. ZHANG is assistant professor of Chinese Language and Literature at Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU). She earned her BA from Anhui Agricultural University in 2009, her MA degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in 2012, and PhD from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in 2019. She worked as lecturer and postdoctoral teaching fellow in the School of Chinese Language and Literature of Hubei University from July 2019 to July 2021. She was a lecturer at Hubei University of Education from September 2011 to February 2012, and an assistant of Chinese Director and volunteer Chinese teacher at Confucius Institute of Wayne State University from March 2012 to June 2012 in Michigan, USA. Her research interests address the fields of modern and contemporary Chinese literature, and aesthetics. She has published about 10 research papers in academic journals such asNovel Review, Southern Cultural Forum, Jianghan Tribuneand so on. She has participated in several major projects funded by the National Social Science Fund, hosted and completed a project of Contemporary Literary and Art Creation Research Center funded by the Department of Education of Hubei Province.
