Dr. XIAN Peixin is associate professor and head of the German Department at the School of Foreign Languages, Shenzhen Technology University. Her research focuses on German linguistics, German country and regional studies, and German pedagogy. She has published two monographs in German with the German publisher iudicium. In 2017, she won the first prize in the 10th Young Teachers' Skills Competition of Zhejiang Province; in 2018, she won the runner-up prize in the German division of the national "Teaching Star" competition. She has conducted two provincial-level new seedling projects and three national-level student innovation and entrepreneurship projects.
