After Xu Liu graduated as an English major from Central South University in 2009, she spent nine years at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, pursuing her Master’s and Doctoral degrees in the research field of language testing and assessment. Immediately after graduation she took her first full-time job as a college English teacher in the summer of 2018. She has been teaching college English reading, writing, listening and speaking to students on different English language proficiency levels.
